Tuition: Classes are offered Monday - Thursday. Tuition is paid per session. Sessions will be 7 weeks long. So one child doing one class a week will be $108 for the session.
In January, all students will owe a $40 yearly registration fee. If you are starting as a new student in the fall you will owe a prorated registration fee of $20.
Tuition must be paid per session. Tuition payments can be made online through the customer portal. We accept checks and credit cards. A late fee will be charged for any late payments. If payment is not made, your child's spot will be given to someone on the waiting list. Refunds will not be issued for missed classes.
Make up classes: Make up classes are not offered in the summer. Each student is given the opportunity to make up ONE MISSED CLASS PER SESSION. The make up class must be scheduled ahead of time through email. Classes missed will not be prorated. We also do not offer refunds for classes missed, they must be made up.
Due to class size limitations, if you are no longer going to be taking classes, you must provide 30 days written notification. If you are registering for fall classes, your child will remain enrolled until May of 2020 for each session until we hear otherwise from you. Everyone will need to re-enroll for the summer and fall classes in 2020. Currently enrolled students will get to enroll before enrollment is open to the public.
Drop off and Parking: Parents must come into the gymnastics practice facility to drop the child off. You must remain with your child until the coach comes out to get your child.
Attire: Girls in gymnastics classes can wear any type of leotard. Boys and girls doing tumbling classes can wear athletic shorts and a t-shirt. Please pull the child's hair tightly away from the face. Please do not wear bows, jewelry, or any hair accessories with metal or hard plastic on them.
