About Us

Bengal offers a variety of exciting year-round gymnastics courses for children of all ages and skill levels at LSU's Gymnastics Training Center, located on Cypress Drive.
The Bengal program is under the direction of LSU Assistant Gymnastics Coach Bob Moore, former LSU gymnast  Kaleigh Dickson Abboud. Girls and boys from ages 3 to high school will build strength, balance, coordination, and self esteem while learning new skills and improving old ones. Children may take one or two days of class each week. A low ratio for instructors to students is kept to help in the learning and succession process of your child.

Bengal Gymnastics offers competition teams as well.
